# FORE plans to raise no more than 730 million yuan through a private placement for the intelligent manufacturing project of precision power gears for new energy vehicles, among other uses

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FORE (301368.SZ) has disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets, with the issuance targets including no more than 35 specific entities that meet the conditions set by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, including Wang Youli, Huang Weihong, and FORE Transmission. The actual controllers Wang Youli and Huang Weihong, along with the controlling shareholder FORE Transmission, intend to subscribe for the shares issued in this round with a total cash amount of no less than 70 million yuan (including the principal) and no more than 140 million yuan (including the principal). Among them, the number of shares and the amount subscribed by Wang Youli and Huang Weihong will be the same.

The total amount of funds raised from this issuance of shares to specific targets will not exceed 730 million yuan (including the principal), and after deducting issuance expenses, it is planned to be used entirely for: intelligent manufacturing projects for precision power gears for new energy vehicles, new generation precision transmission manufacturing projects, construction projects for precision transmission R&D centers, and to supplement working capital
