# HC plans to invest 150 million yuan in a partnership to layout high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, and other fields

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HC (301008.SZ) stated that the company plans to invest with its own funds in collaboration with professional investment institutions to invest in Jinhua Jindong Zhechuang High-Quality Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name). The total amount of capital contribution subscribed by all partners is 503 million yuan, and the company plans to contribute 150 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 29.82% of the total. This partnership will primarily invest in industries encouraged by the state, such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new generation information technology, artificial intelligence+, life and health, and cutting-edge technologies
