# FUTURE DATA issued 4 million conversion shares due to the conversion of convertible bonds

According to the announcement from FUTURE DATA Group (08229), on June 9, 2025, the company received a transfer form issued by the original bondholder Mr. Huang Zhenxiu (Mr. Huang) regarding the transfer of convertible bonds to independent third party Mr. Guo Hongjing (Mr. Guo). Subsequently, the convertible bonds were transferred to Mr. Guo.

On July 31, 2025, the company received a conversion notice from Mr. Guo, concerning the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the convertible bonds to convert an amount of HKD 2 million of convertible bonds into 4 million conversion shares at a conversion price of HKD 0.5 (Conversion). Therefore, on August 4, 2025, 4 million conversion shares (accounting for approximately 0.73% of the total issued shares immediately before the conversion and approximately 0.73% of the total issued shares after the conversion) were issued to Mr. Guo in accordance with the terms and conditions of the convertible bonds, under the relevant general authorization
