# Hongqi Chain: Yonghui Superstores plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hongqi Chain (002697.SZ) stated that on August 4, 2025, it received a notice from Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yonghui Superstores"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, regarding the plan to reduce its holdings in Chengdu Hongqi Chain Co., Ltd. Yonghui Superstores intends to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding, with a maximum of 13.6 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
