According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jingxue Insulation (301010.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Changrun Industrial Company, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.24 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
