According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CONTEC (300869.SZ) announced that the company recently received "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" from shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, including Wang Guili, the company's director and senior management personnel Yang Zhishan, director Gao Ruibin, and senior management personnel Fu Chunyu, Kou Guozhi, Xu Yunlong, Liu Zhenhong, and Zheng Min. The aforementioned shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by 14.416 million shares, accounting for 3.59% of the company's total share capital
