Tech-long announced that its director, deputy general manager, and chief financial officer Wu Xiaoman holds 168,800 shares, accounting for 0.0848%; due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 42,187 shares, accounting for 0.0212%, from August 27, 2025, to November 26, 2025, through centralized bidding, which will not exceed 25% of his holdings. The shares are sourced from a restricted stock incentive plan
