# Winnovation Culturaltainment plans to grant 50 million stock options

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Winnovation Culturaltainment (000620.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 50 million stock options to the incentive objects (of which 40.8 million will be granted initially), with an exercise price (including reserved portion) of 1.66 yuan per share. The number of incentive objects to be granted initially will not exceed 90. This incentive plan is valid from the date of the first authorization of stock options until all stock options granted to the incentive objects are exercised or canceled, with a maximum duration of 48 months
