# The S&P 500 Index preliminarily closed up 1.43%, with the telecommunications and technology sectors 

> The S&P 500 Index preliminarily closed up 1.43%, with the telecommunications and technology sectors rising at least about 2%, while the energy sector fell 0.5%. The Nasdaq 100 Index preliminarily closed up 1.8%, with constituent stocks IDEXX Laboratories rising 27.5%, MSTR rising 6.1%, Shopify rising 5.5%, and Palantir and nuclear power stock CEG rising over 4%. Amazon fell 1.4%, Adobe fell 2.4%, Dexcom fell 3.9%, and ON Semiconductor fell 15.4%

The S&P 500 Index preliminarily rose by 1.43%, with the telecommunications and technology sectors up at least about 2%, while the energy sector fell by 0.5%, performing the worst.  
The Nasdaq 100 Index preliminarily rose by 1.8%, with component stocks IDEXX Laboratories up 27.5%, MSTR up 6.1%, Shopify up 5.5%, Palantir and nuclear power stocks CEG up over 4%, while Amazon fell by 1.4%, Adobe fell by 2.4%, Dekang Medical fell by 3.9%, and ON Semiconductor fell by 15.4%
