# Auddia registers 860K shares for resale following PIPE offering

> Auddia (NASDAQ:AUUD) has filed a prospectus for the resale of 859,985 shares of common stock, which includes 545,519 shares from Series C Convertible Preferred Stock and 314,466 shares from warrant exercises.
