# Xingye's actual controller's concerted actor Wang Jincheng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Xingye (603928.SH) has announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Wang Jincheng, plans to reduce his holdings in the company due to personal asset allocation needs. This reduction will occur within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with a maximum reduction of 2.6208 million shares, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital
