# Tianfu Culture Tourism signs a framework agreement for the integrated development of film and television culture tourism

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianfu Culture Tourism (000558.SZ) announced that the company has signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement for the Integration and Development of Film and Television Culture Tourism" with the Dazhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism (referred to as "Dazhou Cultural and Sports Bureau"), Yibin Cultural Tourism Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yibin Cultural Tourism Group"), and Ziyang Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ziyang Cultural Tourism Group").

The parties to the agreement intend to cooperate to promote the diversified development of film and television, leveraging film and television culture tourism to fully utilize their respective advantages, deeply explore market opportunities, enhance cooperation in the cultural industry, and promote the high-quality integrated development of regional tourism, culture, and film and television industries, creating a comprehensive film and television tourism resort. They aim to integrate urban IP with film and television IP, intelligently create an urban IP matrix, and establish a new highland for the integration of film and television culture tourism industries with the strongest production capacity, the widest influence of works, and the best comprehensive benefits in Western China. The parties intend to collaborate on projects, improve film and television support, and enhance the full industrial chain service support projects for film and television shooting, creating a comprehensive film and television industrial chain service system that integrates production, distribution, and digital copyright transactions
