ECT announced that as of August 4, 2025, supervisor Chen Feng has cumulatively reduced his holdings by 39,291 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.009% of the company's total share capital and 0.009% of the total share capital after deducting the shares in the repurchase special account. This reduction plan has been completed. The reduction occurred on August 1 and August 4, with 26,291 shares and 13,000 shares transacted, respectively, at average prices of 50.4 yuan/share and 49.04 yuan/share. Before the reduction, Chen Feng held a total of 161,000 shares, accounting for 0.04% of the total share capital at that time; after the reduction, he holds 121,700 shares, accounting for 0.03% of the current total share capital
