# CISEN shareholder Han Yanzhen plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, CISEN (603367.SH) has released a notice stating that within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, appropriate reduction arrangements will be made based on market conditions. Han Yanzhen plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.5275 million shares through centralized bidding, not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital; he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 9.0551 million shares through block trading, not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital, with a total reduction of no more than 13.5826 million shares, not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital
