YANHUA SMARTECH announced that shareholder Hu Liming will reduce his holdings in the company by a total of 31.7815 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from March 14, 2023, to August 4, 2025, representing a reduction of 4.4627%. After this change in equity, his shareholding will decrease to 35.6076 million shares, accounting for 4.999998% of the company's total share capital, reaching the 5% integer multiple line. Previously, he held 67.3891 million shares, accounting for 9.4627%
