# RTGF plans to acquire 51% equity of Zhongshan Aoduo for 288 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RTGF (605133.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to acquire 51% of Zhongshan Aoduo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongshan Aoduo") for a total transaction price of 288 million yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, Zhongshan Aoduo will become a controlling subsidiary of the company.

The target company and RTGF both belong to the automotive parts industry, with downstream customers being automotive manufacturers. This acquisition has significant synergy effects, as RTGF has advantages with domestic and international customers and long-term stable cooperative relationships, which can help introduce the target company to relevant customers and expand its customer base. At the same time, RTGF is transitioning from precision die-casting to the more technology-intensive automotive electronics field, enabling it to achieve external expansion
