# Futian Holdings plans to place up to 7.5875 million shares at a discount of approximately 9.88%, raising about HKD 5.46 million net

According to the announcement from FOTON Holdings (08196), on August 5, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent, under which the company appointed the placement agent as its agent to promote the subscription of no less than six subscribers for a maximum of 7.5875 million placement shares at a placement price of HKD 0.730 per share, based on the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The placement shares will be issued under the general mandate. The placement price represents a discount of approximately 9.88% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.810 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the placement agreement.

The expected net proceeds from the placement are approximately HKD 5.46 million
