# JIA YAO HLDGS issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term net loss after tax of approximately 20 million to 24 million yuan

According to the announcement from JIA YAO HLDGS (01626), the group expects to incur a net loss after tax of approximately RMB 20 million to 24 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, while for the six months ending June 30, 2024, it expects to achieve a net profit after tax of approximately RMB 27.2 million.

The increase in net loss after tax is mainly due to the group adjusting its sales strategies in multiple international markets during the six months ending June 30, 2025, in response to recent fluctuations in global e-cigarette regulations and international trade turmoil, which adversely affected sales orders and profitability
