# Jushen plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1.6669 million repurchased shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Jushen (001202.SZ) stated that the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal on the centralized bidding reduction of repurchased shares, agreeing to reduce no more than 1.6669 million shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding. The reduction period will be within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan
