JWIPC announced that Vice General Manager Tu Youdong holds 60,000 shares, Zhai Rongxuan holds 48,750 shares, and Board Secretary Zhang Xinyuan holds 80,000 shares, totaling 188,800 shares, accounting for 0.0750% of the total share capital; the three plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 47,000 shares through centralized bidding from August 28, 2025, to November 27, 2025, accounting for 0.0187% of the total share capital, of which Tu Youdong will reduce 15,000 shares, Zhai Rongxuan 12,000 shares, and Zhang Xinyuan 20,000 shares
