According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huahong Technology (002645.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhou Shijie (serving as the company's director and vice president) plans to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 13.383 million shares (accounting for 2.33% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
