According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, Xinguang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with Xinhao Photoelectricity Technology exiting the shareholder list and being replaced by LUXSHARE-ICT's wholly-owned subsidiary LUXSHARE-ICT Industrial Co., Ltd. Additionally, the company's legal representative and other details have changed. It was reported that previously, Xinhao Photoelectricity Technology announced that it had signed a "Share Transfer Intent Agreement" with LUXSHARE-ICT, intending to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinguang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to LUXSHARE-ICT
