# CIGU TECHNOLOGY plans to invest 700 million yuan to establish a research and production base for magnetic levitation compressors and related products to optimize product structure

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CIGU TECHNOLOGY (688448.SH) plans to sign an "Investment Construction Agreement" with the Management Committee of Nanjing Airport Economic Development Zone (Jiangning) to construct the "Maglev Compressor and Related Products R&D and Production Base" project. The total planned investment for this project is 700 million yuan, to be developed in two phases, with the first phase planned investment amounting to 305 million yuan.

The project mainly engages in the R&D and production of related products with maglev compressors as the main component, including maglev ORC waste heat power generation units, maglev vacuum pumps, maglev refrigeration compressors, and other related series products. The planned land area for the project is approximately 118 acres, with the first phase covering about 52 acres and the second phase about 66 acres.

The announcement states that the company's investment in the "Maglev Compressor and Related Products R&D and Production Base" project aims to fully utilize the advantageous resources of the Jiangning Development Zone, enrich the variety of the company's maglev compressor-related products, optimize the product structure, accelerate the company's technological innovation in the field of maglev fluid machinery, and further enhance the company's large-scale production capacity and order response speed
