# JHT: The transfer of state-owned equity has been completed and registered

JHT announced that the original shareholder, Provincial High-tech Investment, signed a "Non-compensatory Transfer Agreement" with Provincial Investment Group on May 20, 2025. Provincial High-tech Investment transferred 16.2673 million shares of JHT to Provincial Investment Group without compensation, accounting for 14.70% of JHT's total share capital. On August 6, 2025, the company received the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited from Provincial High-tech Investment, confirming that the transfer of state-owned equity has completed the registration procedures. After the completion of the equity transfer registration, Provincial Investment Group directly holds 16.2673 million shares of the company, accounting for 14.70% of JHT's total share capital, and Provincial High-tech Investment no longer holds any shares in the company
