XUSHENG announced that the company has completed its share repurchase plan. From April 8, 2025, to April 7, 2026, the company repurchased shares through centralized bidding for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The actual number of repurchased shares is 9.4063 million shares, accounting for 0.9867% of the total share capital, with a repurchase price range of 11.72 yuan/share to 13.62 yuan/share, and the actual repurchase amount is 119 million yuan, in accordance with the repurchase plan approved by the board of directors. The repurchased shares have all been deposited in a dedicated securities account for repurchase and do not enjoy relevant rights
