Bichamp Cutting Technology announced that the company is using its own funds of 200 million yuan to increase the capital of its subsidiary Changsha Botai Electronics Co., Ltd., which will in turn increase the capital of its subsidiary Yada Electronics Co., Ltd. by 200 million yuan. The registered capital of Botai Electronics has increased from 15.5694 million yuan to 216 million yuan, and the registered capital of Luoding Yada has increased from 123 million yuan to 323 million yuan
