# Ningbo Energy plans to acquire 60% equity of Ningneng Investment for 13.2759 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Energy (600982.SH) plans to acquire 60% equity of Ningbo Ningneng Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningneng Investment") held by Shenzhen Jinsheng Shuo Heng Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shenzhen Jinshuo") for a cash price of 13.2759 million yuan. Upon completion of the acquisition, the company will hold 100% equity of Ningneng Investment.

This transaction aligns with the company's overall strategic development needs, deepens synergies, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial condition and operating results, nor will it affect the company's independence. After the completion of this transaction, Ningneng Investment will become a subsidiary within the company's consolidated financial statements
