# CSSCSTC's subsidiary plans to invest 5.712 billion yuan to construct a 1.3 million kilowatt wind power project

According to the announcement from China Shipbuilding Technology (600072.SH), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary China Shipbuilding Group Wind Power Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Ship Wind Power") plans to invest in the construction of a 1.3 million kilowatt wind power project in Emin County, Tacheng Region, Xinjiang through its holding subsidiary Emin Tower Wind New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Emin Tower Wind"), with a total investment amount of approximately 5.712 billion yuan.

The aforementioned external investment project will help the company further focus on its main responsibilities and business, promote the integrated development of the company's wind power main equipment and power station system, and if the project is successfully completed and put into production, it is expected to bring good economic benefits to the company, enhance the market share of the company's wind turbine equipment, solidify the company's business development pattern, and improve the company's profitability
