NB KBE announced that director and deputy general manager Xu Xiaoqiao holds 930,500 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 232,600 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, accounting for 0.12% of the company's total share capital; deputy general manager and board secretary Qin Ci holds 178,400 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 44,590 shares, accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital; director and chief financial officer Wang Feng holds 176,400 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 44,100 shares, accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital. The three individuals plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 321,300 shares in total, accounting for 0.17% of the company's total share capital
