According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Befar (601678.SH) has released a notice stating that due to its own funding needs, Zhang Zhongzheng plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 16.8878 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date (from August 29, 2025, to November 28, 2025), accounting for 0.8211% of the company's total share capital
