According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SYPM (301017.SZ) announced that Mr. Li Wenjie, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, plans to reduce his holdings in the company through block trades from August 28, 2025, to November 27, 2025, by no more than 8.0473 million shares, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital
