# CGEE: Xinrui Jicheng plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CGEE (688478.SH) has released a notice stating that its shareholder Xinrui Jicheng plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.1509 million shares due to its own funding needs. Among them: it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.3836 million shares through centralized bidding trading, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital; and to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.7673 million shares through block trading, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan will be implemented within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
