According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TNP (300569.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Mr. Zheng Xu plans to reduce his holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 30.0845 million shares (accounting for 2.94% of the company's total share capital, and 3.00% of the share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account as of July 31, 2025)
