# DAYANG BIOTECH: The Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau has taken corrective measures against the company's shareholder Yang Xingli and his concerted actors

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DAYANG BIOTECH (003017.SZ) announced that on August 5, 2025, it received a decision from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the corrective measures imposed on Yang Xingli and his concerted actors.

After Yang Xingli's shareholding reached five percent of the company's issued shares, his concerted actors Yang Mingtai and Yang Yuetong traded DAYANG BIOTECH shares through centralized bidding. When their combined shareholding increased by one percent, they failed to promptly notify the listed company and announce this fact, violating Article 13, Paragraph 3 of the "Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 166) and Article 13, Paragraph 3 of the "Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 227)
