# XINGHUA CHEMISTRY's subsidiary XINGHUA CHEMICAL has completed the annual maintenance plan for its facilities and resumed operations

According to the announcement from XINGHUA CHEMISTRY (002109.SZ), its wholly-owned subsidiary Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum XINGHUA Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XINGHUA Chemical) will carry out routine shutdown maintenance on June 29, 2025, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production facilities in the future, with an expected shutdown duration of 34 days.

During the maintenance period, XINGHUA Chemical replaced the catalyst of the methylamine unit, the filter element of the methanol unit separator, the catalyst and thermocouples of the ethanol unit, upgraded the sulfur recovery unit, maintained large operating equipment, and cleaned and leak-proofed some equipment, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent "safe, stable, long-term, full, and optimal" operation of the production system. As of the date of this announcement, XINGHUA Chemical has completed all maintenance plans and will fully resume production operations on August 6, 2025
