# HC CHEMICAL's actual controller may change, and trading will resume on August 7

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HC CHEMICAL (000953.SZ) announced that it has received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Yinyi Holdings. All shareholders of Yinyi Holdings have reached a cooperation intention with Beijing Shengding Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Shengding"). The shareholders of Yinyi Holdings intend to transfer all shares held in Yinyi Holdings to Beijing Shengding or a designated party by Beijing Shengding. If this transaction is ultimately implemented, the company's direct controlling shareholder will still be Yinyi Holdings, but the actual controller of the company will change. The company's stock will resume trading on August 7, 2025 (Thursday) at the opening of the market
