According to the Qichacha APP, recently, JLY Group Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of graphite and carbon products; manufacturing of new membrane materials; sales of new membrane materials; sales of power distribution switch control equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by JLY Group
