According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xiamen Hexin Rongcheng Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Ma Wenzhi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of other electronic components; manufacturing of special equipment for semiconductor devices; software development; Internet of Things technology services; Internet of Things application services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Harbin Shenzhou Chuangrong Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Xinde's wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Xinde Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd
