# SHANGFENG CEMENT: Invests 50 million yuan in semiconductor photomask company New Wave Photomask

SHANGFENG CEMENT announced that the company, through its controlling subsidiary Taizhou Shangfeng as the investment entity, has invested in the third project—Guangzhou Xinxin Photomask Technology Co., Ltd., with an investment amount of 50 million yuan. Xinxin Photomask is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, development, production, and sales of semiconductor photomasks, primarily serving the fields of semiconductor integrated circuits, flat panel displays, and micro-electromechanical systems. This investment aligns with the company's focus on new economic equity investments in the semiconductor, new energy, and new materials sectors and will not adversely affect the company's financial and operational status
