# Dongfang Precision: The company's strategic cooperation agreement with Leju Robotics is only an intention document

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongfang Precision (002611.SZ) announced that the cumulative deviation of the closing price increase of its stock has reached 20% over two consecutive trading days (August 6, 2025, and August 7, 2025), which constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading.

The company previously disclosed that it has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Leju (Shenzhen) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Leju Robotics"). This agreement is an intention document reached by both parties regarding cooperation matters, aimed at indicating the mutual cooperation intention on the matters agreed upon in the agreement and serving as the basis for further negotiation and cooperation between the two parties. The agreement does not involve specific amounts. Except for clauses related to intellectual property, confidentiality, external publicity, and anti-commercial bribery, other clauses in the "Agreement" are not binding on both parties
