# GCLSI plans to purchase silicon materials from Zhongneng Silicon Industry, with a total amount expected to not exceed 450 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GCLSI (002506.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary GCLSI Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou GCLSI") signed a "Product Purchase and Sales Framework Agreement" with Jiangsu Zhongneng Silicon Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongneng Silicon Industry") on August 7, 2025. Due to production and operational needs, the company plans to purchase silicon materials from Zhongneng Silicon Industry, with a total procurement amount expected to not exceed 450 million yuan (including tax)
