# Bonree plans to invest in the establishment of Bonree Data (Malaysia) Technology Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from Bonree, Bonree Data (688229.SH) plans to establish a subsidiary, Bonree Data (Malaysia) Technology Co., Ltd. (BONREE DATA TECH SDN.BHD.), in Malaysia through its Hong Kong subsidiary, Bonree Data (Hong Kong) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hong Kong subsidiary"), to expand into the Southeast Asian market. The total amount of this external investment will not exceed USD 1 million, with funding sourced from the company's own funds
