According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Seeyon (688369.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 3.3 million restricted shares, accounting for approximately 2.8641% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 2.64 million shares will be granted for the first time, with a total of 278 recipients for the initial grant, and the grant price is set at 22.06 yuan per share
