The total area of the land parcel is 53,166 square meters, designated for Class I industrial use, with the industry category being the manufacturing of bearings, gears, and transmission components, and the transfer period is 50 years. The funds for this bidding come from the company's own funds, aimed at constructing the "Core Component Industrialization and Equipment Collaborative Development Project for Intelligent Transmission Systems," which aligns with the company's development strategy, helps expand production capacity, enhances market share, and has a positive impact on the company's future development
