According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Koal (603232.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets to raise a total of no more than 283 million yuan (including the principal), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs is intended to be used for: the industrialization project of anti-quantum cryptography technology, the research and development and industrialization project of a trusted data space platform, and to supplement working capital
