# WZJT released its semi-annual performance report, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 316 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.46%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WZJT (600368.SH) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 813 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.98%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 316 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.46%; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 306 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.13%; the basic earnings per share were 0.1965 yuan.

The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company decreased by 10.46% year-on-year, and the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses decreased by 11.13% year-on-year, mainly due to the decline in toll revenue affected by multimodal transport and road network diversion, resulting in a decrease in profit compared to the same period last year
