# Winbase's controlling shareholder Zhuhai Shiyou plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Winbase (002492.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Zhuhai Shiyou Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuhai Shiyou") plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling no more than 12.1033 million shares (accounting for 3% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account)
