# JSHL: ShenNuo Technology plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, JSHL (601100.SH) announced that ShenNuo Technology plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 40.2246 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months from the fifteenth trading day after the announcement date, specifically from September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025
