According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BYBON (300736.SZ) announced that Mr. Chen Jin, a director holding 0.76% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 240,500 shares (accounting for 0.19% of the company's total share capital) through block trading or centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
