# LYE plans to sell no more than 592,400 repurchased shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LYE (301389.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors agreed to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding trading for the purpose of maintaining the company's value and shareholder rights, and plans to sell part of the repurchased shares in accordance with relevant regulations, with a proposed reduction of no more than 592,400 shares
